miso

Miso soup (for 4 people)
Ingredients: carrots, 1 piece of celery, a large parsley root, 1 piece of kombu seaweed, 2 shitake mushrooms, 3 tablespoons of O:CHi rice miso
!Tip 1/ Instructions for use: If possible, use the green part of all the roots listed here.
Preparation: Wash the vegetables and cut them as desired. Put the cut vegetables in a large pot and pour 3/4 l of water over them. Cook the vegetables until they are as soft as you like them.
!Tip 2/ Instructions for use: You may need to add a little salt, but remember that miso itself is very salty. When the soup is ready, take a cup of it and stir the miso into the soup - and your energizing miso soup is ready.
