Especially in the cold season, it is a pleasant feeling to take our bee teaspoonfuls pure every two to three hours. The idea is to suck on them and let the intense flavor slide pleasantly down your throat. For thousands of years, other cultures have known that the combination of turmeric, honey, pepper and ginger has a special effect. Inspired by these millennia-old traditions, I have supplemented this already known mixture with the rest of the turmeric base mixture.
