The Five Elements Curcama Curry Paste is characterized by the fact that we work with fresh organic products. Fresh turmeric, ginger, onion, garlic and of course the rest of the turmeric base mixture are carefully selected and processed. My idea is and was that by using our curry paste you not only experience a uniquely fresh taste, but also absorb important bitter substances and other essential nutrients. Organic gentian root, dandelion root and lemon peel provide the unmistakable taste and unique effect.
