Organic mustard medium hot 250g

The basis of every variety of O:CHi mustard is controlled organically grown mustard seeds.

O:CHi Mildsweet Mustard contains mustard seeds, wine vinegar, spices and O:CHi rice malt. The rice malt in particular increases the quality of the mustard, because rice malt is not only much milder and more natural than sugar or artificial sweeteners, it also gives the mustard a particularly creamy consistency.

O:CHi mustard is a wonderful addition to O:CHi seitan schnitzel , O:CHi farmer’s patty , O:CHi soy wiener/soy grilled sausage or with dressings and cold sauces. If you are in a hurry and need a quick salad marinade, put 1 tbsp O:CHi mustard in a glass, pour water over it, stir, and you're done!
